What is MOAB?
MOAB (The Mother of All Boxes) is a fandom mystery box experience built for anime, superhero, and pop culture lovers. Each box is personally curated based on your fandom preferences.
What’s in the Beta Box?
Each Beta Box includes:
- 1 premium item
- At least 3 additional medium or small items
All items are handpicked for you based on your survey responses. No two boxes are the same.
Item types may include collectibles, display pieces, or fandom-inspired lifestyle items.
What makes this a “Beta” box?
The Beta Box is part of our soft launch. We're releasing just 20 boxes to gather feedback from early customers and make MOAB even better before we officially launch subscription tiers.
How do you choose what goes in my box?
After purchasing, you'll fill out a quick survey about your favorite fandoms, genres, characters, and preferences. We use your answers to curate items tailored to your unique interests. You will only have to fill out a new one for every box if you want to change your answers or make sure you get more of one genre over another. While we do our best to avoid duplicates, it’s possible to receive items you already own.
What type of personal information goes into the survey?
The only thing we need from you is your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number is optional. This is so we know how to contact you for updates or if there are any issues, and then we know where to send your box! Payment information is all done through shopify, so it is their policies in regards to how that information is used/stored.
What if I want my information deleted?
You may request deletion of your survey data at any time by contacting us. Please note that if you return as a customer in the future, you’ll need to complete a new survey.
When will I receive my box?
Since this is a limited Beta launch, shipping may take slightly longer than normal. Ships within 6 weeks of purchase. We'll keep you updated every step of the way!
Can I return or exchange items?
At this time, all Beta Boxes are final sale due to the personalized nature of each box. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us, we’ll make it right.
Are you affiliated with any brands or franchises?
MOAB is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by any brands or franchises unless explicitly stated.
That said, we love working with creators. If you’re a brand representative, franchise partner, or a small artist or business interested in collaborating, feel free to contact us, we’re always excited to explore partnerships.
How can I leave feedback?
After you receive your Beta Box, we'll send a short follow-up form so you can tell us what you loved and what you'd like to see improved. Your feedback shapes the future of MOAB.
